Area emergency personnel were dispatched to mile marker 117 in response to initial reports of a white van (pictured at right) that had overturned four times and landed upright in grass alongside I-49. Vernon County Ambulance, Nevada Fire Department, and Missouri State Highway Patrol were all on scene at the motor vehicle accident that took place around 1:30 p.m., Monday afternoon.
