Lisa Leanne Owens Witten passed away in Portland, Oregon on June 5, 2025 with her husband Freddie and daughter Alex by her side. Lisa was born in Nevada, MO on May 10, 1965. The daughter of Linda Baker Owens and Don Owens. She graduated from Nevada High School. Attended Fort Scott Community College and became a Cosmetologist.
