Letter to the editor

Dear editor:

A huge thank you for all the area merchants who participated in Thursday's Halloween on the Square. I have taken my children to this for the past three years and it is the best in the area.

I appreciate the merchants giving my children somewhere safe to trick or treat and being able to see all the other kids costumes as well, without having to take them out into the darkness of the night.

I think that our community should all give a huge thank you to all of those who participated and to let those merchants know that they are very appreciated.
