City and county offices to close for Christmas, New Year's Day

The Nevada Public Library will be closed Dec. 24, 25 and 31 and Jan. 1. Vernon County and Nevada City offices will close at noon on Thursday, Dec. 23, and will also be closed all day on Dec. 24 and 31. Missouri State offices will be closed on Dec. 24 and 31. The Nevada Post Office will be closed on Dec. 25 and Jan. 1.

The Daily Mail offices will be open on Friday, Dec. 24, but will be closed on Monday, Dec. 27, in observance of the holiday.
