Hume girls win

The Hume Lady Hornets beat Miami in Hume Tuesday, 54-39.

Kayla Orear scored 30 points to pace Hume as they improved to 8-4 overall, 4-1 in conference play.

Orear had 14 points in the second quarter as the Lady Hornets put the game away.

Janine Castillo just missed a double-double as she had nine points and 14 rebounds for Hume.
