Robert Allen "Cricket" Goll

Robert Allen "Cricket" Goll, 75, died Monday, May 9, 2005, at Moore-Few Care Center, Nevada, following an illness of several weeks.

He was born Dec. 30, 1929, in Chicago, Ill., to Phillip and Dorothy A. Fauchier. He was married Jan. 13, 1968, in Chicago, Ill., to Shirley Ann McKee. Who preceded him in death on Dec. 14, 1989.

He was reared in Illinois and spent his childhood there. He was a musician. He came to Vernon County in 1966 and spent the rest of his life here. He was an active member of the Nevada Eagles.

Survivors include a close friend, Esther Brooks, Milo; and several nieces and nephews.

Graveside services will be held at 10:30 a.m., Thursday, May 12, at Moore Cemetery, Nevada, with the Rev. Paul Mooney officiating.

Friends may call from now and until 10 a.m., on Thursday, at Ferry Funeral Home, Nevada.

Memorials may be made, in his honor, to the American Heart Association in care of funeral home.
