Old Soldiers' Association will incorporate

The newly elected officers of the Interstate Ol Soldiers' Reunion Association held a meeting in this city on Friday, Sept. 28, for the purpose of devising ways and means for the future conduct of its business. Investigation developed the fact that the former management have left the association practically without assets, the Mail was informed.

In view of this fact it was deemed best by the new management to change the form of association so that in the future they could compel an accounting by the management at any time the association desired.

Joe Edmonds top picker in contest

For the second week Joe R. Edmonds of Horton was the winner in the Daily Mail football contest.

Mr. Edmonds receives the $10 first prize. Kenneth Edmonds of Horton, won the second prize of $5 and third prize winner is Jack Kendrick, Richards, who gets $3. Bill Waited of Nevada, won the fourth prize of $2.

There were eight contestants who picked 12 teams, and many others who picked 10 and 11 teams. The contestants this past week were really on their toes by picking so many winners.

The football contest is sponsored by the following firms every week:
