Singing his praises

On Wednesday, a crowd gathered in the gymnasium at the school in Bronaugh, for an evening of watching or participating in the antics of a donkey basketball game conducted as a fund-raiser for the Bronaugh R-7 character education program. Christy Vance, the winner of the musical donkeys event played during the half-time of donkey basketball, praises the animal who helped her to win and gets her prize -- a kiss from her steed Wednesday night. Other results were not available this morning and will be printed in a future edition of the Nevada Daily Mail.
