Series of incidents empties ambulance barn

About 4 p.m., Tuesday, the Vernon County Ambulance District found that business was too good and all of their ambulances were out on calls, with two car wrecks and a patient transfer, leaving the Nevada Fire Department to cover calls inside the city limits. At the same time the Fire Department's rescue vehicle was at one of the wrecks.
