Aug. 2

There were reports of a vehicle rollover in the Nevada area, a traffic stop in the Nevada area, an agency assist in the Nevada area, a stranded motorist in the Schell City area, vandalism in the Moundville area, a controlled burn in the Bronaugh area, an alarm in the Bronaugh area, animal cruelty in the El Dorado Springs area, a 911 medical call in the Nevada area, stolen tags in the Nevada area, a check well being in the Fort Scott area, a 911 ambulance request in the Milo area, a 911 fire in the Jasper County area and harassment in the Moundville area.

David J. Priset, 26, of Nevada, was arrested and processed by the Nevada Police Department on charges of tampering. He is being held in lieu of a $25,000 cash only bond.

Aug. 3

There were reports of a railroad crossing malfunction in the Eve area, a traffic stop in the Nevada area, a stranded motorist in the Nevada area, a traffic stop in the Nevada area, an assault in the Hume area, a vehicle accident in the Lawrence County area, an alarm in the Sheldon area, a gate open in the Dederick area, a careless driver in the Bates County area, a traffic stop in the Nevada area, a careless semi driver in the Lawrence County area, a careless driver in the Nevada area, a first responder request in the Walker area, a 911 ambulance request in the Nevada area, no helmet in the Rich Hill area, a traffic accident in the Jasper County area, an incorigible juvenile in the Sheldon area and a 911 domestic in the Bronaugh area.

Tabatha E. Ayers, 29, of Mulberry, Kan., was arrested and processed by the Missouri State Highway Patrol on charges of illegal taking of wildlife. She was released on a $1,500 bond.

William A. Wardin, 58, of Nevada, was arrested and processed by the Nevada Police Department on charges of two counts of passing bad checks. He is being held in lieu of a $1,993 cash only bond.
