Fifty-five too fast for rural roads

Dear Editor,

Oct. 6, 2008, a family member was killed by a hit-and-run driver on 1525 Road. The speed limit on rural roads is 55 mph and that is still too fast. You are lucky it was not a child, bet the heartache felt by this family for Sugar Ann, our beloved pet is felt everyday.

A word of advice, SLOW DOWN!
