Henrietta Louise Walters, 90, beloved mother, passed away peacefully, Thursday, Jan. 29, 2009, at her home in Bronson, Kan. She was born Feb. 15, 1918, in Great Falls, Mont., the daughter of Myron Truesdell and Mary Lorinda Pembereton Truesdell. Mrs. Walters enjoyed sewing and cooking.

Survivors include five daughters, Irene Braun and husband Ron, San Diego, Calif., Jean Townsend and husband Ron, Bronson, Kan., Mary Dalton, San Francisco, Calif., Carolyn Higgens and husband Steve, Springfield, Oregon, and Kathleen Swinney, Bronson, Kan. Also surviving is a son-in-law, John Coons, Bronson, Kan.; and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, James Walters, a daughter, Lorinda Coons and several brothers and sisters.

Lloyd Houk will conduct graveside services at 2 p.m., Thursday, Feb. 5, at the Bronson Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the Cheney Witt Bronson Chapel on Thursday from 1 p.m., until leaving for the cemetery at 1:45 p.m. Memorials are suggested to the Southern Care Hospice and left in care of the Cheney Witt Bronson Chapel, 501 Pine, P.O.
