Jan. 21

There was a report of an animal bite in the 100 block of north West, made by Jennifer Heckadon, of Nevada. She reported being bitten by a dog. The dog is under observation.

Jan. 25

There was a report of a burglary in the U.S. Highway 54 area, made by Charles Hadden, of Nevada. He reported an air craft engine, propeller, and gearbox stolen.

Jan. 26

An accident occurred at 10:33 a.m., at Austin and Town, involving a SUV driven by Allison C. Strube, of Laramie, Wyo., and a car driven by Myrtle E. Jones, of Bronaugh. No injuries were reported.

An accident occured at 4:30 p.m., on Twins Drive and U.S. 71 Highway, involving a pickup driven by Dennis K. Flagg, of Schell City, and a vehicle that left the scene. No injuries were reported.

An accident occurred at 4:41 p.m., at Osage and Vernon, involving a pickup driven by Judy L. Knowles, of Nevada, and a van driven by Jessica L. Kennedy, of Nevada. One 16-year-old female in the Kennedy vehicle was listed with evident, but not disabling injuries.

An accident occurred at 4:45 p.m., on U.S. Highway 71 and Barrett, involving a car driven by Margarett T. Wright, of Nevada, and a concrete barrier. No injuries were reported.

Jan. 29

An accident occurred at 11:50 a.m., at Allison and Spring, involving a car driven by Shawn D. Shepard, of Nevada, and a car driven by Megan A. Barlow, of Nevada. No injuries were reported.

An accident occurred at 1:06 p.m., at Clay and Austin, involving a van driven by Martha A. Maness, of Nevada, and a parked car owned by Erma J. Day, of Nevada. No injuries were reported.

Jan. 30

An accident occurred at 12:07 p.m., at Austin and Osage, involving a car driven by Katie Z. Yockey, of Milo, and a van driven by Leola G. Smith, of Walker. No injuries were reported.

An accident occurred at 8:03 p.m., at Wilkinson's Pharmacy, involving a parked car owned by Richard Johnson, of Nevada, and a SUV driven by Barbara Wilson, of Nevada. No injuries were reported.

Jan. 31

There was a report of a theft in the 800 block of north Osage, made by Debbie Bossaller, of Nevada. She reported a stereo stolen.

Feb. 1

There was a report of a burglary in the 700 block of north Cedar, made by Stephanie Ford, of Nevada. She reported jewelry stolen.
