Feb. 11

There were reports of an alarm call in the Moundville area, a slide off in the Nevada area, a theft in the Nevada area, a vehicle slide off in the Deerfield area, a vehicle theft in the Nevada area, a traffic stop in the Nevada area, a traffic stop in the Nevada area, a stranded motorist in the Moundville area, an abandoned vehicle in the Nevada area, an ambulance request in the Sheldon area, and a careless and imprudent driver in the Sheldon area.

Travis J. Matzke, 26, of Lamar, was arrested and processed by the Vernon County Sheriff's Office on charges of non-support. He is being held in lieu of a $15,000 bond.

Feb. 12

There were reports of an agency assist in the Nevada area, a theft in the Nevada area, an assault in the Nevada area, a controlled burn in the Rich Hill area, vandalism in the Nevada area, a controlled burn in the Milo area, a controlled burn in the Nevada area, a check well being in the Nevada area, an assault in the Nevada area, a controlled burn in the Ellis area, and a careless and imprudent driver in the Horton area.

Edward L. Norris, 45, of Joplin, was arrested and processed by the Vernon County Sheriff's Office on charges of failure to appear for driving while intoxicated, driving while revoked, and a Barry County warrant for driving under the influence.

Geneva M. Barnes, 23, of Nevada, was arrested and processed by the Vernon County Sheriff's Office on charges of a McDonald County warrant for failure to appear for assault.She was released on a $1,000 bond.

Feb. 13

There were reports of a traffic stop in the Nevada area, a medical stop in the Eve area, a check well being in the Nevada area, an assault in the Nevada area, an assault and threats made in the Nevada area, vandalism in the Nevada area, a theft in the Harwood area, a theft in the Nevada area, a check well being in the Horton area, a careless and imprudent driver in the Horton area, a careless and imprudent semi driver in the Horton area, a cow out in the Walker area, a stranded motorist in the Horton area, a traffic stop in the Horton area, and a possible intoxicated driver in the Nevada area.

Lashanquietia D. White, 19, of Fort Worth, Texas, was arrested and processed by the Vernon County Sheriff's Office on charges of three counts of forgery. She is being held in lieu of a $5,000 cash only bond.

Michael C. Wells, 21, of Withee, Wis., was arrested and processed by the Missouri State Highway Patrol on charges of driving while intoxicated. He was released on a $350 cash only bond.

Stephanie R. Skinner, 31, of Adrian, Mo., was arrested and processed by the Nevada Police Department on charges of three counts of failure to appear. She is being held in lieu of a $35,000 bond.

Feb. 14

There were reports of a traffic hazard in the Rich Hill area, a grass fire in the Bronaugh area, a suspicious person in the Nevada area, an agency assist with a fight in progress in the Nevada area, an agency assist in with a fight in progress in the Nevada area, an agency assist with a peace disturbance in the Nevada area, dogs running at large in the Richards area, tampering in the Nevada area, a medical call in the Dederick area, and a careless and imprudent driver in the Walker area.

Irven D. Gideon, 58, of Nevada, was arrested and processed by the Nevada Police Department on charges of failure to appear for passing bad checks. He was released on a $475 cash only bond.

Dianna Schooley, 41, of Nevada, was arrested and processed by the Nevada Police Department on charges of possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. She was released on a $5,500 bond.

Charlene Winfiel, 48, of Nevada, was arrested and processed by the Nevada Police Department on charges of driving while intoxicated. She was released on a $637 bond.
