April 3

There were reports of a vehicle accident with injuries in the Moundville area, an animal theft in the Sheldon area, a suspicious person in the Nevada area, cows out in the Nevada area, a dirt bikes in the Sheldon area, a traffic stop in the Nevada area, a trash can fire in the Nevada area, and a traffic stop in the Nevada area.

Jeffrey S. Austin, 26, of Nevada, was arrested and processed by the Nevada Police Department on charges of domestic assault. He was released in lieu of a $1,000 bond.

Amanda L. Toliver, 31, of Nevada, was arrested and processed by the Nevada Police Department on charges of possession of drugs. She was released in lieu of a $1,000 bond.

April 7

There were reports of a vehicle accident in the Nevada area, a 911 wrong number in the Nevada area, a controlled burn in the Broanugh area, an assault in the Nevada area, a cow out in the Nevada area, a lost dog in the Milo area, a theft in the Nevada area, a careless and imprudent driver in the Rich Hill area, a suspicious vehicle in the Bronaugh area, a burglary in the Harwood area, woods on fire in the Milo area, a grass fire in the Nevada area, and a check well being in the Nevada area.

Stephanie R. Skinner, 31, of Platte City, Mo., was arrested and processed by the Vernon County Sheriff's Office on charges of failure to appear on theft, driving while revoked, failure to register motor vehicle, no insurance, and a warrant out of Boone County for passing bad checks. She is being held in lieu of a $5,100 bond.

Jim L. Whitaker, 44, of Nevada, was arrested and processed by the Vernon County Sheriff's Office on charges of failure to appear for sexual misconduct. He is being held without bond.

Mikki Gardner, of Nevada, was arrested and processed by the Nevada Police Department on charges of failure to appear for passing bad checks. He was released in lieu of a $150 bond.

April 8

There were reports of a 911 hang up in the Bronaugh area, a 911 wrong number in the Nevada area, a controlled burn in the Bronaugh area, a burglary in the El Dorado Springs area, an injured animal in the Nevada area, stalking in the Nevada area, a traffic stop in the Nevada area, a vehicle fire in the Horton area, a four-wheeled ATV in the Nevada area, a stranded motorist in the Horton area, a careless and imprudent driver in the Moundville area, a cow out in the Nevada area, a stranded motorist in the Nevada area, a careless and imprudent driver in the Nevada area, suspicious activity in the Nevada area, an alarm in the Walker area, and a suspicious vehicle in the Walker area.

Transon L. Davis, 29, of Schell City, was arrested and processed by the Nevada Police Department on charges of a warrant out of Cedar County for failure to appear for driving while intoxicated. He was released in lieu of a $1,000 bond.

April 9

There were reports of a 911 hang up in the Joplin area, a medical call in the Milo area, an animal in the Deerfield area, a suspicious person in the Nevada area, property damage in the Schell City area, a check well being in the Nevada area, a cow out in the Moundville area, a domestic assault in the Bronaugh area, and a careless and imprudent driver in the Nevada area.

Kevin A. Ingmire, 37, of Hutchinson, Kan., was arrested and processed by the Vernon County Sheriff's Office on charges of failure to appear for nonsupport. He is being held in lieu of a $10,187 bond.

Julie A. Smith, 47, of Milo, was arrested and processed by the Nevada Police Department on charges of failure to appear for operating a vehicle without a valid license. She was released in lieu of a $100 bond.

April 10

There were reports of a public intoxication in the Bronaugh area, a vehicle accident in the Nevada area, cows out in the Milo area, a request to speak to a deputy in the Nevada area, a stolen firearm in the Moundville area, a 911 hang up in the Richards area, a careless and imprudent driver in the southbound U.S. Highway 71 Compton Junction area, a stolen firearm in the Milo area, a trespassing in the Nevada area, stolen livestock in the Nevada area, a vehicle blocking the roadway in the Milo area, an anhydrous leak in the Deerfield area, a controlled burn in the Milo area, and a controlled burn in the Nevada area.

Edward L. Hallam, 28, of Nevada, was arrested and processed by the Nevada Police Department on charges of resisting arrest. He is being held in lieu of a $500 bond.

Rocky L. Rickering, 32, of Bronaugh, was arrested and processed by the Vernon County Sheriff's Office on charges of public intoxication. He was released.
