Sept. 15

There were reports of a civil matter in the Nevada area, an agency assist in the Nevada area, a minor motor vehicle accident in the Nevada area, a suspicious vehicle in the Nevada area, goats out in the stateline area, an auto theft in the Harwood area, a careless and imprudent driver in the Walker area, a lost or stolen item in the Harwood area, an ambulance request in the Nevada area, a traffic hazard in the Nevada area, and a suspicious activity in the Harwood area.

Daniel J. Graham Jr., of Nevada, was arrested and processed by the Nevada Police Department on charges of two counts of failure to obey judges orders. He is being held in lieu of two $700 bonds.

Sept. 17

There were reports of a dog at large in the Nevada area, a traffic stop in the Nevada area, a careless and imprudent driver in the Nevada area, a four-wheeled ATV in the Walker area, a domestic assault in the Walker area, a suicidal subject in the Nevada area, a theft in the Sheldon area, a try to contact in the Nevada area, and a controlled burn in the Nevada area.

Jim F. Dilly Jr., 40, of Nevada Police Department on charges of keeping/maintaining a public nuisance, possession of opium/cocaine, manufacturing or producing less than five grams of marijuana, manufacturing or producing a controlled substance in a residence with a child or within 2,000 feet of a school. He is being held in lieu of a $250,000 bond.

Leviathon L. Dipman, 18, of Nevada, was arrested and processed by the Nevada Police Department on charges of failure to appear. He is being held without bond.

William A. Wardin, 60, of Nevada, was arrested and processed by the Nevada Police Department on charges for a warrants out of Bates County for failure to appear and passing bad checks. He is being held in lieu of a $6,500 bond.

There were reports of a suspicious vehicle in the Nevada area, a check well being in the Nevada area, a suspicious vehicle in the Sheldon area, a traffic stop in the Nevada area, an assault in the Nevada area, a civil matter in the Nevada area, a theft in the Nevada area, a theft in the Metz area, a miscellaneous in the Nevada area, a stranded motorist in the Nevada area, a juvenile in the Nevada area, an abandoned vehicle in the Nevada area, a farm animal in the road in the Nevada area, suspicious activity in the Nevada area, and a stranded motorist in the Metz area.

Aaron G. Dahmer, 27, of Nevada, was arrested and processed by the Vernon County Sheriff's Office on charges of three counts of distributing a controlled substance. He was released in lieu of a $25,000 bond.

Kimberly K. Newton, 47, of Sheldon, was arrested and processed by the Nevada Police Department on charges of a warrant out of Cedar County for failure to appear. She was released in lieu of a $500 bond.
