Utilities going in place at community center

Tuesday afternoon, a workman from Kansas City Power and Light prepares an electric cable that will cross Ash Street to serve the community center. Nevada police were on hand to close Ash from Walnut to Hunter so the cable could be strung. --Steve Moyer/Daily Mail
