Nov. 23

There were reports of a controlled burn in the Schell City area, a check well being in the Vernon County area, a paper service in the Vernon County area, cows out in the Vernon County area, a disturbance in the Vernon County area, a vehicle accident in the Vernon County area, a petty theft in the Vernon County area, a paper service in the Vernon County area, and a check well being in the Vernon County area.

Danny Rogers, 59, of Schell City, was arrested and processed by the Vernon County Sheriff's Office on charges of driving while intoxicated. He was released in lieu of a $10,000 bond.

Ashton J. Finley, 19, of Nevada, was arrested and processed by the Vernon County Sheriff's Office on charges of possession of opium/cocaine. She was released in lieu of a $2,500 bond.

Kizzie C. Pace, 21, of Nevada, was arrested and processed by the Nevada Police Department on charges of interfering with an officer, resisting arrest, and disorderly conduct. She was released in lieu of a $506 bond.

David E. Terrell, 23, of Nevada, was arrested and processed by the Vernon County Sheriff's Office on charges of two counts of failure to appear. He is being held in lieu of a $1,419.92 bond.

Nov. 25

There were reports of a vandalism in the Schell City area, an unlawful entry in the Schell City area, a vehicle accident in the Vernon County area, a juvenile issue in the Nevada area, a request to speak with a deputy in the Nevada area, a 911 hangup in the Vernon County area, and threats in the Vernon County area.

Jose F. Torres, 22, of Mulberry, Mo., was arrested and processed by the Vernon County Sheriff's Office on charges of failure to appear. He was released in lieu of a $147 bond.

Dallas D. Pilcher, 28, of Nevada, was arrested and processed by the Nevada Police Department on charges of faliure to appear. He is being held in lieu of a $675 bond.

Dannalee J. Graham, 22, of Nevada, was arrested and processed by the Vernon County Sheriff's Office on charges of buglary, property damage, endangering the welfare of a child, resisting arrest and theft. She was released in lieu of a $11,000 bond.

Regina L. Thomas, 29, of Bronaugh, was arrested and processed by the Vernon County Sheriff's Office on charges of forgery. She is being held in lieu of a $5,000 bond.

There were reports of suspicious activity in the Nevada area, an agency assist in the Nevada area, littering in the Vernon County area, an alarm in the Vernon County area, paper service in the Nevada area, a juvenile issue in the Vernon County area, a vehicle accident in the Metz area, a careless and imprudent driver in the Nevada area, and an intoxicated driver in the Nevada area.

Dillon L. Reed, 20, of Nevada, was arrested and processed by the Nevada Police Department on charges of failure to appear. He was released in lieu of a $1,500 bond.

Timothy L. Denning, 26, of Nevada, was arrested and processed by the Nevada Police Department on charges of failure to appear. He was released in lieu of a $239.50 bond.

Jessica R. Leer, 23, of Nevada, was arrested and processed by the Nevada Police Department on charges of failure to appear. She was released in lieu of an $800 bond.

Daniel J. Nesbitt, 25, of Nevada, was arrested and processed by the Nevada Police Department on charges of failure to appear. He is being held in lieu of a $1,000 bond.

Gutherie P. Jones, 26, of Nevada, was arrested and processed by the Vernon County Sheriff's Office on charges of burglary. He is being held in lieu of a $15,000 bond.

There were reports of an agency assist in the Bates County area, and an abandoned vehicle in the Vernon County area.

Daniel Pendergrass, 31, of Nevada, was arrested and processed by the Nevada Police Department on charges of faliure to appear and probation violation. He is being held in lieu of a $4,000 bond.

Cynthia I. Magsam, 42, of Nevada, was arrested and processed by the Nevada Police Department on charges of failure to appear. She was released in lieu of an $80 bond.
