The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Sharon and Carl Simpson Sr., Stockton, Mo., and Betty Bobbett and the late Buford Bobbett, Nevada, Mo.
The prospective groom is the son of Randy and Diane Weiss, of Amoret, Mo. He is the grandson of Ruth Henderson and the late Bill Henderson, Amoret, Mo., and the late Harry and Dorothy Weiss.
The bride-elect is a graduate of Oklahoma State University in Stillwater where she received her Bachelor of Science in Animal Science. She is employed as a Branch Office Administrator with Edward Jones Investments in Clinton.
The prospective groom is a graduate of the University of Central Missouri National Police Institute. He is employed as the K-9 Police Officer with the Butler Police Department.
The couple plan to marry May 1, 2010, at the Victory Assembly of God Church, in Adrian, Mo.
