NEVC kindergarten Rallying of the Knights set for April 14

The preschool and kindergarten teachers at Northeast Vernon County schools are looking for a few good "Knights" to enroll for the 2010-'11 school year.

Registration time has arrived for children in the district who will be age 4 or 5 by July 31, according to a press release from the district.

"Rallying of the Knights" will be held April 14, 9 a.m.-2 p.m.. Parents should call (417) 432-3196 to schedule an appointment for screening and registration. Once the call is made, a registration packet will be sent. The completed forms from the packet, the child's birth certificate, Social Security card and immuniztion are needed for registration.
