3M provides grant to Red Cross chapter

The 3M Foundation has donated $250.00 to the Greater Ozarks Chapter-American Red Cross- Nevada office, in recognition of Max Wagner's commitment to the community.

Max Wagner has donated many hours to the local American Red Cross. He is a Disaster Action Team leader in Vernon County and serves as the person on call many weeks each year. He has assisted many families this past year who have suffered losses due to a house fire or other disaster.

"Max is always willing to help or do whatever is needed," said to Peggy Tedlock, Executive Officer of the Nevada office.

"3M Employees and retirees generously give their time and skills to help others," said Robin Torgerson, vice-president, 3M Community Affairs. "We are pleased to recognize their commitment to their communities.

As part of the 3M Volunteer Match, the 3M Foundation will donate $250 to eligible non-profit organizations for which a 3M employee volunteers 20 hours or a 3M retiree volunteers 25 hours or more per calendar year.
