Volunteers sought for NHS All-School Reunion

The steering committee for the 2010 Nevada High School All-School Reunion continues to seek volunteers to help put on the two-day celebration slated for Friday, Oct. 15 and Saturday, Oct. 16. The group reports that several volunteers have stepped forward, but there are still have some open slots to fill during reunion events. Organizers said they would like to get a good cross-section people of of ages working at the various registration events. To sign up for a two hour block, call (417) 448-0360.

The committee will be meeting Tuesday evening at 7 p.m. in the Nevada High School Media Center. All alums are invited to attend and lend a helping hand.

In-person registration continues at the Nevada Vernon County Chamber of Commerce office. Registration forms are also available at various locations around Nevada, including White Grill, Del-Way, YMCA, Nevada High School Library Media Center, and the Community Center. Alumni can also register on-line at www.NHSreunions.com. Paper registration forms and posters can also be printed from that site.
