Eric Malachi Basham Gapan

Crystal Evans and Anthony Gapan of Walker, Mo., and older siblings, Anthony Lane, Jo Danna Lynn and Sammantha Reneé Gapan, Drake Dean, Damion Conner and Electra Fae Evans are proud to announce the birth of their son and baby brother, Eric Malachi Basham Gapan.

Eric was born Friday, April 29, 2011, at Nevada Regional Medical Center. He weighed 8 pounds, 6 ounces, and measured 20 and 1/2 inches.

Maternal grandparents are Randy and Debbie Allen of Houston, Ala. Maternal great-grandparents are Pearl and John West of Nevada, Mo.

Paternal grandparents are Dick and Virginia Cooper of El Dorado Springs, Mo.
