Summer reading program continues

Brock Marquardt paints his rock with an Aboriginal design at the Nevada Public Library's Summer Reading Program, "One World, Many Stories." Last week's program was about Australia. The young readers listened to Australian tales, did Aboriginal art, and made a replica of Ayers Rock that they could eat. Tuesday, June 14 at 1 p.m., in the community center, the children will visit China. They'll be making a yummy panda, too.
