Sophie Grace Dowty

Angel Claypool and Seth Dowty of Nevada, Mo., are proud to announce the birth of their daughter, Sophie Grace Dowty.

Sophie was born at 1:08 a.m., Tuesday, Feb. 7, 2012, at Nevada Regional Medical Center. She weighed 6 pounds, 6 ounces, and measured 20 inches.

Maternal grandparents are Tim and Melissa Claypool of Nevada, Mo. Maternal great-grandparents are Margie Swarnes and the late Alfred Swarnes of Nevada, Mo., and Richard and Lucille Claypool of Richards, Mo.

Paternal grandparents are Tim and Dawn Dowty of Nevada, Mo. Paternal great-grandparents are Charlotte Baxter and the late Dwayne Baxter of Nevada, Mo.
