Program on how to re-establish lawns slated for March 14

Tuesday, March 13, 2012

"My Lawn Looks Really Bad, What Do I Do Now?" will be taught by Pat Miller, University of Missouri Extension agronomy specialist, at the Nevada Public Library at 218 W. Walnut on Wednesday, March 14, between noon and 1 p.m. The program will be from 12:15-12:45.

The drought last summer has left many lawns looking worse than usual, and the program will discuss the steps to get the weeds under control and grow some new grass. The class is free and participants bring their own lunches.
