Rehearsals for 'Messiah" start Tuesday

The Community Choir, under the direction of Wes Morton, will begin holding rehearsals for George Friedrich Handel's "Messiah" Tuesday, Oct. 2.

Morton announced that he is looking for any interested singer to come and rehearse with the choir. No audition is required to sing with the choir. Music will be provided, but singers may use their own copies.

Rehearsals will be held each Tuesday, from 7-8 p.m. in the Nevada High School choir room, with the concert being presented on Dec. 14, 15 and 16.
