Vernon commissioners talk budget

The Vernon County Commissioners started their 2013 budget process Friday afternoon with Circuit Court Judge Jim Bickel and Court Administrator David Heumader. The commission will continue the proceedings at 10 a.m. Wednesday with Vernon County Recorder of Deeds Doug Shupe. The Wednesday meeting marks the final one for Southern Commissioner Kennon Shaw, (left), who will be replaced by Commissioner-elect Everett Wolfe on Jan. 1.
