Moundville woman injured in wreck Saturday

A Moundville, Mo., woman was injured in a single vehicle accident that occurred on the morning of Saturday, Feb. 2,. Kelly K. Garrison, 27, was seriously injured when she lost control of the southbound 1995 Chevrolet pickup she was driving on Route W just north of the Nevada, Mo. ,city limits.

According to Missouri State Highway Patrol Trooper Jim Wilde, Garrison lost control of the vehicle on a curve, slid off the roadway and overturned. Garison was ejected from the vehicle even though she was wearing a safety belt. Garrison was transported to Freeman West Hospital in Joplin, Mo.
