Neosho handed Nevada a narrow loss in the A game and controlled the tempo from the start in the B game.

The Nevada A team came up just short in a 49-40 loss.

"Neosho played well and we did not," noted coach Tyson Beshore. "We struggled to find rhythm on both ends of the court. The great thing is we get to redeem ourselves Monday because we play Neosho in the first round of the tournament.

"It will be a challenging game but I truly believe the boys will be ready for it."

In the B game, Nevada fell, 43-18.

Tyler Seaver and Payton Bright led with seven and five points. Jacob Johnson played three quarters for the B team and had 13 rebounds.

"They are a great group of young men," Beshore said. "I completely enjoyed the opportunity to coach them this season. They improved significantly throughout the year."
