Angelina Marie Geary

Angelina Marie Geary, 81, Nevada, Mo., passed away at her home on Tuesday, Nov. 13, 2013. She was born on Sept. 29, 1932, in Pleasant Hill, Mo., to Frank Nunez and Mary Ellen Little Nunez.

Angelina attended the Nazarene Church in Nevada and loved Sunday school. She loved to read, bake and make candy. Her family was most important to her, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

She is survived by five children, Maria Arthur, Lamar, Mo., Frank Herman, Nevada, Virginia Cooper and her husband, Dick, El Dorado Springs, Mo., Carla Day and her husband Scott, Nevada, Donna Warren and her husband, Richard, Nevada, and Janet Bainard, Nevada; four sisters, Tootie Bolser and her husband, Larry, Wheatland, Mo., Norma Dayringer, Nevada, Martha Tipling, Nevada, and Teresa Huss and her husband, Steve, Nevada; two brothers, Paul Nunez and his wife, Dana, and James Nunez, both of Kansas City, Mo.; and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents; three brothers, Francis, Donald Lee and Robert; one sister, Mickey; and two grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m., Monday, Nov. 18, at the Church of the Nazarene in Nevada with the Rev. Mike Satterlee officiating. Interment will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery in Nevada. Friends may call now until noon, Monday, Nov. 18, at Ferry Funeral Home in Nevada. The family will receive friends from 2-4 p.m., Sunday, Nov. 17, at the funeral home.
