El Dorado Christian girls win ISAAC tourney

Members of the El Dorado Christian girls' basketball team who participated in the ISAAC tournament are, front row: Brooke Bland, Sarah McKinney, Christanne Middleton and Lindsay Daniel. The El Dorado Christian Lady Buffalos and head coach Tim Scott took first place in the 2013-14 ISAAC Tournament. The girls' first opponent was Overland Christian Academy. Rachel Jones scored nine points on her way to being named Player of the Game in the 57-11 victory. The second game was against Lowry City Christian. Senior Lindsay Daniel was named Player of the Game, after scoring 21 points to go with her three steals in a 60-15 win. With that performance, Daniel moved to No. 3 on the ECS all-time scoring list. That win moved the Lady Buffalos into the championship round, where senior Christanne Middleton was named Player of the Game when she put up 19 points and 12 rebounds. She was also 3-for-4 from the free-throw line and had one assist.
