Firearm arrest made by Nevada Police
Nevada Police concluded an investigation into an unlawful possession of a firearm case after executing a search warrant at a residence in the 1100 block of N. Clay on March 13.
According to a report from the department, a 23-year-old Nevada man, Leviathon Lee Dipman, was arrested and is being held at the Vernon County Jail on a warrant for unlawful possession of a firearm, a Class C felony, issued by the Vernon County Associate Circuit Court.
The arrested subject was being held on a $5,000 cash/surety bond.
