Senior Men's Golf Tournament on tap

The Nevada Senior Men's Golf Association has announced that the 26th Annual Senior Men's Golf Tournament scramble will be held June 9 at the Frank E. Peters Municipal Golf Course in Nevada.

According to a press release from tournament director John Taylor, "Senior men age 50 and older will enjoy the competition in the three age groups similiar to last year's tournament in which golfers from as far away as Kansas City and Tulsa, Okla., traveled to compete and enjoy the course.

"(Tournament competitors) will be treated to a fried chicken luncheon served by the Nevada Women's Golf Association followed by various competition scoring prizes."

In addition, Taylor announced that as many as 65 two-man golf teams can be accommodated. Along with entry forms and invitations, further tournament information will be announced in Mid-April,
