U.S. boarder must be closed to all Muslims

Dear Editor:

A rain of terror and death has been allowed by a White House and a Congress soft and tepid on the dangers of Islamic extremism. Weigh the evidence and see if you can figure out why those who are responsible for protecting the American public are far more devoted to political correctness than they are in performing their duties, which they have sworn to do as the public servants, elected to serve the American people?

* Ft. Hood, Texas, Massacre: This Islamic terrorist attack took place when a Muslim that had been coddled by the U.S. Army under a cloak of political correctness had been promoted to the rank of major knowing full well his loyalty to Islamic extremism. On Nov. 5, 2009 Nidal Malik Hasan, a major in the U.S. Army, murdered 12 soldiers and injured 30 others. This act of terror was ruled to be work place violence by government authorities. This was the bitter and costly harvest of "political correctness" now operating throughout the U.S. Military and the U.S. government.

Boston Marathon Bombing: On Aug. 15, 2013, foreign-born Islamic extremists, Tamerian and Dzhokhar Tsarmaer who had been interviewed by the FBI and had traveled abroad used two pressure cooker bombs to kill three people, one policeman, and injure some 264 others. Rules of engagement wrapped in political correctness limited the FBI in what they could do to protect America from Islamic extremists.

* San Bernardino, Massacre: On Dec. 2, 2014, two Islamic extremists, Syed Rizwan Farook and Tashfeen Malik opened fire in a reign of bloody death and terror killing 14 American citizens and seriously wounding 22 others. This massacre was the direct result of years of political correctness, which is now very common amid the multiculturalism, and racial diversity of America. Political correctness shielded these Islamic Jihadists from closer scrutiny.

* Orlando, Fla., Massacre: On June 12, 2016 at 2 a.m., a lone Islamic terrorist named Omar Mateen entered a night club packed with some 300 or more people killing 50 outright and injuring 53 others, some of them critically. This Jihadist had been interviewed on two different occasions by the FBI, had traveled to the Middle East at least two times, and pledged allegiance to the ISIS cause.

It is time for straight talk in America. Unless we become serious many Americans are going to witness more massacres in the war that has been launched by Islam against this country. Consider that while estimates vary, there are about 7 million followers of Islam in the U.S. with more than 2,500 Mosques dotting the landscape of America. A majority of all Muslims in America favor Sharia law, which is in direct conflict with the U.S. Constitution and all the values of biblical and historic Christianity.

The reign of Islamic terror that has been launched against our citizens on American soil is the end product of multiculturalism. The religion of Christianity and Islam cannot co-exist. One or the other must prevail. For more than 1,000 years Islam and Christianity have demonstrated an inability to coexist on the same planet much less within the same country.

In the name of political correctness Muslims are being given special "prayer rooms" in public schools, at the same time they deny Christians a place and time to pray. The U.S. military has opened its arms to Muslims, and Islamic believers are now entrenched throughout the U.S. Government. Do you feel safe with followers of Islam working for the Department of Homeland Security?

The Islamic hordes that have invaded Europe during recent decades boast that they will turn all of Europe into a Muslim Caliphate complete with Sharia law. Will they eventually gain enough presence in this country to make the same boast about America?

Every time we have an Islamic terrorist attack on American soil the White House calls for more gun controls. The White House answer to Islamic terrorism is to slap more gun laws on law abiding American citizens. America is not being threatened by American terrorists. America is threatened by Islamic fanatics who despise America and are here not because they love this country but because they are dedicated to destruction of this county.

The U.S. must not allow any American Muslim traveling to the Middle East reentry back into this country. Absolutely no refugees from any Islamic country in the Middle East should be allowed into the U.S. The flow of money from Saudi Arabia into U.S. mosques must be absolutely cut off. No follower of Islam should be allowed to work in any kind of government facility nor should private industry place them in any key positions. America will never be safe until we seal our borders, condemn political correctness, and acknowledge that followers of Islamic extremism cannot and never will assimilate into American culture and values.

America does not have a problem with guns in the hands of the American people. America has a problem with Islamic extremists. Why are they allowed in this country?
