Tiger eighth-grade squad steamrolls Joplin South

The Nevada Tigers eighth-grade "A" football team hammered Jolin South 30-0 Oct. 6 at Junge Stadium in Joplin. The game was called at halftime due to thunderstorms.

Nevada running back Kaden Denney had a monster performance, with rushing touchdowns of 2-yards, 38-yards, and 8-yards. In addition, Wesely Balk chipped in a touchdown, with Denney converting the 2-point play.

The victory improves Nevada 2-3 overall.
