Salvation Army needs your help

Dear Nevada/Vernon County Residents:

Guess what? November is here which means Salvation Army Bell Ringing will begin in a few weeks. Bell stands will be located at Wal-Mart and Woods. We need volunteers at Wal-Mart on Friday evenings from 4-7 p.m., Saturday 9-5 and Sunday 12 p.m.-5 p.m. At Woods, volunteers are needed from 9-5 on Saturdays.

If you are involved in a group such as 4-H, service organization such as Lion's, Rotary or Soroptimist, or a church group and would like to volunteer your organization for all or part of a day, please call Hoffman Financial Resources at 417-667-4721 or e-mail rhonda.farmer@lpl.com. We also need individuals or families to cover various openings at both locations.
