Evelyn J. Armstrong

Evelyn J. Armstrong, 73, of Overland Park, Kan., died Jan. 25, at the Nevada Regional Medical Center in Nevada. She was born on Nov. 12, 1943, to Henry L. and Lola L. Sully of Kansas City, Kan.

Evelyn is survived by her oldest son, Charles W. Armstrong Jr., of Big Sandy, Tenn; grandchildren; a sister, Irene Collins, of El Dorado Springs; and nieces and nephews.

Preceding her in death was her youngest son, Troy E. Armstrong; her husband, Charles W. Armstrong Sr.; her parents; a sister; and two brothers.

A memorial service will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, Jan. 28, at First Assembly of God church in El Dorado Springs, with Pastor Dana G. Taylor officiating.
