Norma J. Brundridge

Norma J. Brundridge, 65, Rich Hill, died on Thursday, Jan. 26, at Select Specialty Hospital in Springfield, Mo. Norma was born Aug. 10, 1951, in Oklahoma City, Okla., to Logan C. and Mildred (Baker) Files.

Survivors include three children, John Newton, Algoa, Mo., Pepper Jacobs, Rich Hill, Misty Brundridge, Rich Hill; three step-sons, Chris Brundridge, Ill., Jamie Brundridge, Nevada, Jason Brundridge, El Dorado Springs; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; two brothers, Eddie Files, Nevada, Darrell Darling, Okla.; two sisters, Kathy Araujo, Riverside, Calif., Dee Murphy, Nevada; numerous nieces, and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; one daughter, Ronni "Cissy" Newton; one son, Mark Anthony Newton; and one sister, Mona Files.

Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 1, at Ferry Funeral Home in Nevada with the Rev. Terry Mosher officiating. Interment will be held at Click Cemetery, Nevada. The family will receive friends from 5-7 p.m. on Tuesday evening at the funeral home.
