Wednesday, March 29, 2017

The Nevada Tigers' baseball team can't seem to get back on the diamond. After winning its opening day contest against Warrensburg March 20, Nevada has since had its past three contests rained out.

The Tigers second game of the season was orginally slated for March 24, a non-conference road contest with Carthage. The game was postponed due to heavy rainfall, and has been rescheduled for April 18.

The Tigers third game of the season, a West Central Conference road contest set for March 27 against Archbishop O'Hara, was postponded due to wet grounds. No makeup date has been set.

Nevada's fourth game of the season, a WCC road contest with Center High School (KC) was rained out. The game with Center is postponed until April 21, when it will be made-up as a varsity doubleheader in Nevada.
