Wes Haggans

Wes Haggans died Monday, Sept. 25. He was born in Ortonville, Minn., on Aug. 21, 1922, to Blanche Belle (Workman) and the Rev. George Leonard Haggans.

Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, Sept. 29, at the United Methodist Church in Nevada with the Rev. Sharon Freeman officiating. Interment will follow in El Dorado Springs City Cemetery. The family will receive friends Thursday from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. at Ferry Funeral Home in Nevada.

Memorials can be given to the Haggans Scholarship Fund, in care Nevada R-5 Foundation, 811 W. Hickory, Nevada, MO 64772 or Nevada Methodist Church, 500 S. College, Nevada, MO 64772.
