Hines ups gold medal haul as Tiger swimmers tie for ninth at Ozark invite

Nevada Tiger sophomore swim sensation Ben Hines swept to gold medal finishes in the 50 and 100-yard freestyles, while the Nevada High swim team placed ninth at the 23-school Ozark Invitational — held Saturday at Springfield’s Foster Natatorium. Kansas City-area Park Hill South High School emerged from the ultra-competitive event with a first-place team finish.
