George William Giger

George William Giger, 95, Lamar, Mo., died on Sept. 23, 2018, at Cox Barton County Hospital, in Lamar, following a brief illness. George was born Aug. 17, 1923, in Irwin, Mo., to Grover Marion and Theo Charlotte (Riddle) Giger. He married Nora Mae Jones on Dec. 23, 1956.

Graveside services with Military Honors will be held at 10 a.m., Friday, Sept. 28, at Sheldon Cemetery with the Rev. Jerod Lamb officiating. Friends may call now and until the hour of service at Ferry Funeral Home in Nevada.

Memorials are suggested to the Sheldon Cemetery in care of Ferry Funeral Home.
