Gary Dale Cliffman

Gary Dale Cliffman, 68, Deerfield, Mo., passed away on Thursday, Dec. 13, 2018. Gary was born Dec. 25, 1949, in Nevada, Mo., to Harold L. and Edith Mae (Eaton) Cliffman.

Gary was raised in Nevada and graduated from Nevada High School in 1968. Following high school he served in the United States Army and was stationed in Germany during the Vietnam War. Gary liked the outdoors and especially enjoyed hunting and fishing.

Survivors include one daughter, Jenny Marie Carrithers, Kansas City, Mo.; one grandson, Seth Carrithers; other extended family and friends.

A memorial service with military honors was held at 1 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 27, at Ferry Funeral Home in Nevada with Pastor Roger Beach.
