Phyllis Ray Clark, 66, of Walker, Mo., died Sept. 6, 2019.

Memorial services for Phyllis Clark were held on Tuesday, Sept. 10, 2019, at 2 p.m., at Sheldon Baptist Church, Sheldon, Mo. Arrangements were under the direction of Bland-Hackleman Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to “Defenders of God," Kid’s Group at Sheldon Baptist Church.
