John Phillip Musick Jr., 45, Kansas City, Mo., died on Tuesday, Oct. 8, 2019, at Research Medical Center in Kansas City. John was born Dec. 21, 1973, in Kansas City, Mo., to John P. and Shirley (Moore) Musick.

Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m., Monday, Oct. 14, at Newton Burial Park, in Nevada. Arrangements are under the direction of Ferry Funeral Home in Nevada.
