Dennis Lee Smith

Dennis Lee Smith, 72, Compton Junction, Mo., passed away on Tuesday, July 13, 2021, at Kansas University Medical Center, Kansas City, Kan. Dennis was born on May 15, 1949, in rural Vernon County, Mo., to Cecil Lee Smith and Flossie Juanita (Snead) Smith.

Survivors include his son, James Smith and wife, Heidi; Richard Leroy Smith and wife, Barbara, and David Leon Smith; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral arrangements are pending and will be announced later by Ferry Funeral Home, Nevada, Mo.
