Donna Gene Gilmore

Donna Gene Gilmore, age 81, of Nevada, Mo., passed away, Wednesday, Oct. 27, 2021, at Nevada Regional Medical Center.

Donna was born Sept, 10, 1940, in Brawley, Calif., to William and Noralee (Glaze) Jones. She was a high school and college graduate. In 1976, she married Charles Gilmore in Yuma, Ariz. She was a homemaker and had been a member of the First Christian Church in Holtville, Calif. Donna enjoyed making earrings and donating them for cancer awareness and she loved the desert.

Survivors include a son, Mark Moore, Nevada, Mo.; two daughters, Teresa (Doug) Bird, Higginsville, Mo., and Teena White, Blue Springs, Mo.; two brothers, Roger (Carol) Jones and Cary Barnum, all of Shirley, Ark.; 34 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild; along with numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Gilmore, in 2020.
