A beloved mother, daughter, sister, granddaughter, niece, and friend, Tara Rochelle Paarmann, left this world unexpectedly and much too soon at the age of 33 on Feb. 24, 2022, due to injuries sustained in a car accident. Born in Iola, Kan., on Feb. 12, 1989, Tara grew up in Nevada and attended Nevada High School.

An enthusiastic and curious traveler, she took every opportunity to venture out after graduation and visit multiple areas of the country. Tara never met a stranger as she worked across multiple industries including, energy supply-wind turbine, construction, and food-beverage services.

Tara possessed a zest and love for life, she was vivacious, adventurous, charming, spirited, with a big personality and laughter that was infectious. She was fiercely loyal to her friends, children, and family who will forever remember her carefree spirit, her mesmerizing eyes and smile that could light up your soul.

Tara enjoyed island life, sunrises and sunsets, dancing, listening to music and her treasured friends who became her second family. Her presence in our lives will be sorely missed. When you think of Tara celebrate the good memories you have of her. Remember that life is fragile and short and should be lived to the fullest.

She leaves behind her children James “Alexander” Paarmann and Lilith Ocean-Ray Garza; along with parents, Renee and Jim Paarmann, Jeanette Akey; siblings, Aaron Cline, Keagan Paarmann, Kenny Thompson, and wife Keshia; grandmothers, Anne Paarmann and Donna Neely; along with numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. She is preceded in death by her grandfathers, James Paarmann and Lloyd Neely.

She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 4 p.m., Saturday, March 12, 2022, at the Nevada Elks Lodge.

In lieu of flowers, the family prefers donations to be made in Tara’s honor.
