Winston Russell Ogle

Winston Russell Ogle, 82, was born May 11, 1940, in Nevada, Mo. He died May 28, 2022, in Mesa, Ariz.

Always a sports enthusiast, he still holds the record for number of points scored in basketball at the Nevada High School.

He had great stories of his high school years and college years at M.U.

He moved to Mesa, Ariz., 50 years ago and worked in auto sales and wholesale management for 40 years.

Winston is survived by his wife, Constance Harper Ogle; his daughters, Kristen Durkee, Syracuse, N.Y., and Jaclyn McEntyre, Mesa, Ariz.; stepdaughter, Carla Baran, Gilbert, Ariz.: his son, Jason Ogle, Houston, Texas; five grandchildren and one great-grandchild; and his brother, Greg Ogle, Mesa, Ariz.

At his request there will be no funeral. He wanted people to remember him as he was in life.
